The Xtorm TSA Lock Tag can be disabled to stop it from sharing its location. It will no longer report to Google's Find Hub network and the owner can no longer get updates on its location.
If you receive a message on your Android device that a Xtorm TSA Lock Tag has been detected near you and you are not familiar with this device, you can make the Xtorm TSA Lock Tag ring through the system notification that you have received. After locating the item, use the steps described below to disable it. The owner will no longer receive updates on the location of this Xtorm TSA Lock Tag and it will no longer trigger unknown tracker alerts.

How to disable an Xtorm TSA Lock Tag
1. Locate the button on the Xtorm TSA Lock Tag.
2. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds. The TSA Lock Tag will emit three beeps.
3. After hearing the beeps, release the button. The Xtorm TSA Lock Tag is now completely turned off and cannot share its location.

How to re-enable
an Xtorm TSA Lock Tag
1. Press the device button once.
2. After the confirmation beep, the TSA Lock Tag is successfully reactivated
3. The TSA Lock Tag now shares its location to the connected app again.

How to reset
an xtorm TSA Lock Tag
1. Locate the button on the Xtorm TSA Lock Tag.
2. Press the device button once.
3. Press the device button another time and hold for 5 seconds.
4. The TSA Lock Tag resets and will be powered on again, you will hear a confirmation sound.
5. The TSA Lock Tag is ready for reconnection.
