Power high wattage devices with PowerBoost technology
Xtorm PowerBoost Technology allows you to connect and use appliances that need up to 3000W of power, even though this exceeds the 1800W maximum power station output. How are we able to achieve this?
While traditional power stations often overload when asked to supply power that exceeds their maximum, PowerBoost features dynamic voltage control that intelligently reduces voltage while still providing the required current. Effectively this means most of your appliances are still able to operate, while staying within the safe output limitations of the powerstation.
For example:
You want to connect a 2200W Hair Blow Dryer to the 1800W Power Station.
PowerBoost automatically kicks in, and marginally lowers the output voltage of the Power Station until the Blow Dryer effectively operates at 1800W. The resulting effect is that it might blow slightly cooler air than normal, but still plenty hot enough to otherwise function as normal. PowerBoost allows you to safely connect a wide variety of appliances you otherwise wouldn't be able to connect at all!
Full remote access and control thanks to App support
To make sure you can easily monitor, access, and control the Power Station, we offer full App support via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. The App allows you to monitor and control the power station remotely from your phone. You can check the battery status, charging times, switch on/off the outputs, limit charge/discharge power, set standby timers, and much more.
Recharging made easy
To keep your power station charged and ready to use, there are several ways you can recharge it.
The fastest and most convenient way to recharge the power station is by using the AC charge cable. With this cable, you can connect your power station to a wall outlet and recharge it with 1200W of power, in 1.5 hours!
Another, more sustainable and money-saving, way of charging is via a Solar Panel. This allows you to fully recharge the Power Station in four hours. This Powerstation has an input of up to 400W solar, but also works well with solar panels with lower wattages. With the combination of the Xtorm 200W Solar Panel and the Xtorm Smart Power Station 1800W, you can go completely off-grid worry-free.
In addition to AC charge cables and solar panels, you can also recharge your power station using a special car charger cable. This method is ideal for when you go roadtripping and traveling long distances by car, fully recharging your power station while driving.
